How fast can a crew actually get here?
Dispatch is live 24 hours a day, and we target boots on the ground within 60 minutes across the Omaha metro. When you call, you reach a coordinator who logs the loss and routes the nearest available crew immediately.
Do you bill my insurance directly?
Yes. We document the loss to carrier standards, submit directly to your insurer and coordinate with your adjuster throughout. In most claims your only out-of-pocket cost is your deductible.
How do you know when the building is actually dry?
We do not guess. We set a target dry standard from unaffected materials, then meter every affected surface daily against a drying log. Equipment comes out when the readings hit that standard, not before.
What does clearance testing involve?
For mold and biohazard work we bring in an independent third party to sample and verify the space before we close the job. You receive their report as part of your documentation packet.
